Rutile has a clear early game advantage in that if she's Middle Lane, she starts with +3M damage, and good luck reducing that. However, her skill isn't that great for damage thanks to it's high, endgame rank cost. She also doesn't get quite the spike in the offlanes, but her preferred weapons will keep her effective.
Her revenge isn't a Deathblow or even does damage, but she's able to remove ANY Peon from play, at the cost of allowing her opponent to redistribute the power kept in that Peon. It might be wiser to return a weaker unit. It's still effective to lower the amount of Peons in play (since abilities that can play a *new* Peon are few and far between and pretty much solely Leader-based).
